Many of our Ambassadors are college students with real social-media fluency — certification is what puts them on the floor. They’re trained on puppy handling, guest experience, and event welfare protocols before they ever staff a show.

Safe Puppy Handling
Trained on how puppies are carried, passed, rested, and read — so every interaction is safe for the puppy and the guest.
Guest Experience
Ambassadors set the tone of the room: welcoming, calm, and attentive, from the first hello to the last goodbye.
Welfare Protocols
Hydration, quiet space, and knowing when a puppy has had enough. Ambassadors are trained to read the litter and to put its wellbeing first.
