Many of our Ambassadors are college students with real social-media fluency — certification is what puts them on the floor. They’re trained on puppy handling, guest experience, and event welfare protocols before they ever staff a show.

Safe Puppy Handling
Trained on how puppies are carried, passed, rested, and read — so every interaction is safe for the puppy and the guest.
Guest Experience
Ambassadors set the tone of the room: welcoming, calm, and attentive, from the first hello to the last goodbye.
Welfare Protocols
Rest rotations, hydration, and quiet time are built into every event. Ambassadors are trained to put the litter's wellbeing first.
