For congresses and conferences
By day three, nobody wants another tote bag.
A litter of home-raised Australian Labradoodle puppies, a lounge of their own, and a team of three who run the day. Nobody has to be talked into a puppy.
What you are buying
The unit is a day, not an hour.
Sponsors take it for a stand or a hospitality suite, and want something people queue for. Hosts take it for the program, and want the wellness hour delegates actually turn up to. It is the same day either way.
A typical shape: a pop-up of two to three hours — one litter, an enclosed lounge, people coming in as the programme lets them — and then individual sessions through the rest of the day. A session is one person and one puppy, sometimes two people, about fifteen minutes. On a standard day that is around fifteen of them.
That is a shape, not a package. Some want the pop-up over lunch and the sessions all afternoon. Some want sessions from the moment doors open and the pop-up late on the second day, when the floor is flagging. You are not choosing from a menu — you have the day, and you build it around your program.
Who turns up
Three of us. Two certified ambassadors who run the room, and the person who transports the puppies and sets up. There is nothing here for your team to staff, and nothing for them to pack down.
Welfare
The puppy leads.
Rest is taken on demand. If a puppy is done, it is done — mid-session, mid-queue, whenever. The puppies self-regulate and our certified ambassadors watch them throughout; a puppy showing it wants quiet is taken out to a space of its own. That judgement sits with the ambassadors on site. Not the client, not the venue, not the sponsor.
A puppy asleep in someone’s arms is the experience working, not failing. It is usually the photograph people take.
Our practice follows the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior’s position on puppy socialization: the first three months are the critical window, and puppies should meet as many new people and places as can be achieved safely and without over-stimulation. That is the standard we work to. It is why a busy hall is somewhere these puppies are comfortable — and the second half of it, the part about over-stimulation, is what we plan the day around.

Why ours
The dogs are not a detail of this. They are the whole thing.
Bred for this from birth
Authentic Australian Labradoodles, registered with the ALAA. They were bred and raised for this work from the start rather than adopted into it later, which is why a hall full of strangers is an ordinary Tuesday to them.
Home-raised, not kennelled
Our puppies are raised in a home. By the time one meets a delegate, the noise, the handling and the coming and going of a household are already familiar rather than a surprise.
Raised to the PuppyQ Framework
Our documented raising standard — ours, not a third party's, and we would rather say so. It means we can tell you exactly what a puppy's first weeks asked for, and show you what was done.
The practical answers
The things your legal team will ask, in the order they ask them.
- Insurance
- $2M general liability. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, the host, and anyone else who has to be on it, provided before the event date on request. More on how we work safely on site: Insurance & safety.
- Allergies
- Allergy-friendly is not allergy-free, and we don't claim any dog is. The day is opt-in and contained to a single room, so nobody is exposed who didn't choose to be.
- The room
- One room, with a door or a partition. Delegates come to the puppies; the puppies never go out into the hall. That is what keeps it opt-in, and it is also what makes the queue visible from the aisle.
- Space and power
- We bring 44 feet of clear acrylic panel and our own flooring for the whole pen area, so nothing reaches your carpet. Free-standing it makes a pen about 11 by 11 feet, or an octagon a little larger. Along a wall that doubles; in a corner it doubles again, to around 22 by 22. Square, rectangle, octagon, or long and narrow down an aisle — we build it to the space you have. No power, no water, nothing to rig.
- Lead time
- Congress dates are set a long way out, so the earlier the better — but ask whatever the date is. A date we cannot take is worth ten minutes of ours to say so.
- Where we go
- We are based in the North Carolina Piedmont Triad. Tell us the city and we'll tell you plainly whether we can be there.
Proof
What we can show you.
Griffin Partners have booked us again and again — pop-ups across Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro. A repeat booking is the only review of an event that counts.
Where we’ve shared Puppy Therapy™
None of that work is a medical congress, and we are not going to tell you it was. What carries across is the litter, the ambassadors and the way a day is run. The room is bigger and the badges are different.
Tell us about your event.
Every day is quoted to the event. Give us the outline and we’ll come back within one business day with a scope, a quote, and the certificate of insurance if you want it in the same email.
Fall 2026
Founding partners, before 1 November
We are taking a small number of founding partners this fall: a concession against the standard rate, in exchange for a case study, photography rights, and first refusal on your 2027 dates. If your event lands before 1 November, say so in the form. See the Fall 2026 Tour.
