Puppy Therapy text alerts — terms

What you’re signing up for

Puppy Therapy Text Alerts is a text-message program run by Puppy Therapy LLC, Greensboro, North Carolina. We send occasional texts announcing upcoming Puppy Pop-Ups near you, new litters and available puppies, and invitations you can share with friends.

How to join

Text PUPPY to (336) 814-2331, or text the keyword shown on a sign at one of our events (for example FENTON, BIRKDALE, CARY). You can also scan the QR code on a card or sign, which opens a text already filled in — it only goes once you choose to send it. Our first reply confirms you’re subscribed. See exactly what the cards and signs say on how people opt in.

Texting a second keyword adds that interest to your subscription; it never signs you up twice.

How often

Up to 4 msgs/mo. Message frequency varies, and we aim for fewer: we text when there’s something worth knowing, not on a schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Puppy Therapy does not charge for text alerts.

Consent is not required to buy anything

You never have to sign up for texts to book an event, attend a Pop-Up, or adopt a puppy.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed and nothing after that. You can also tell us any other way — reply in your own words, email us, or tell us at an event — and we’ll stop. To rejoin, text START or a keyword.

Help

Reply HELP for help, reply to any of our texts, or email hello@puppytherapy.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We use your phone number only to send you the texts you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share your mobile information or your opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The details are in our privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. A change to what we text you about or how often will be announced by text first.
