FAQs

The questions that come up before a Pop-Up is signed off — answered plainly, including the ones where the answer is a limit rather than a promise.

What about employees with allergies?
Events are opt-in and contained to one room. Employees choose whether to participate, and the space is separate from general work areas. We don't claim any dog is allergy-free — we make the event voluntary and contained so nobody is exposed who didn't choose to be.
Who carries liability?
We do. Every event includes a certificate of insurance naming your building owner and property manager, provided before the event date. Coverage amounts: $X per occurrence / $X aggregate
What about employees who are afraid of dogs?
Same answer as allergies: opt-in, contained, and scheduled in advance. Nobody encounters a dog by walking down a hallway.
Does this mean we have to allow dogs in the office?
No. This is a one-time scheduled event with our handlers and our animals. It sets no policy and creates no precedent for employees bringing personal pets.
Who cleans up?
We do. Dogs stay leashed to their handlers and are relieved outdoors. We leave the room as we found it.
How long can dogs be on site?
We work in one-hour blocks with rest breaks, for the dogs' welfare. A typical event runs two hours.
